ff miles, and discounts

ff miles, and discounts
I have been surfing and calling around to different airlines and have found that none of them have discounts from US to South Africa especially business class. Now i am aware that bc is presumeably purchased by more affluent customers but I am by no means in that catagory. I have been very ill and now am able to fullfill a dream but 20 hrs in an airplane is very hard on the body. So I have to think about bc. ff miles would help but i just dont have enough. To make many stops to eleviate the long hrs takes more days than i have to spare. HELP if anyone out there can. thanks loads
