rudi/udir & Catman: Was there some kind of symbolism in the fact that the box of chocolates had a cat on the box-top? Or was mine the only one that had that? If they were all the same, congratulations for sub-liminally recognizing an outstanding contributor.

Philforest: There was a bit of symbolism in
the chocolates considering the co-chair of
the OMNI committee of a feline nature! I too
have received the cat tongue chocolates (which are practically gone and are very good!) The kitty on front looks like my dear Cleo, sadly no longer with us.
Auturo: You may be surprised to know that yes, I do have a life beyond this forum. I have many, many friends, a career, many interests, cats, travel... basically a full
and varied life. I resent you snipping back at me for just expressing MY view. It's just

arturo/roberto: you did, indeed, have the chance to see your name imprinted on the very first award/trophy - but together with nancy-emmeth you did let that chance pass-by (by not giving the committee your address to post the award - the committee promissed full privacy of your address).

Got 'em! I've never tasted anything quite like that. There definitely IS a difference.

Had some relative over for Sunday lunch. Showed them the goodies, told them all about Rudi, Catman, and all you other great folk, then gave everyone a sample. It was the hit of the day and everyone says "Hi and Thank You."
