MilesDirect.com poor customer service help

I've been having a lot of trouble with the milesdirect website. They do not post all updates of points to my file. In many cases months go by and some of the accounts never update. I have written to customer service and various officers of the company several times but replies are few and far between. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a better way to keep track of all my programs?
