Which card is the best?

I'm interested in getting a credit card to earn miles on purchases, but I'm not sure which card offers the best value.

Capital One card says that I can use miles earned on over 100 airlines. How does this work?

How do AMEX Gold, AMEX Delta Skymiles, Continental Airlines Card, & American Advantage Card compare?

I'm looking for help and/or suggestions, Thanks.

Much depends on where you are located and who your preferred airline is. You'll need to give more specifics. Ignore what UpgradeMe says. There are those of us who will be happy to offer you some advice.

Exactly, look at what you really need and will use. I use to work for an airline--- so I fly free/but stand by---so I use mostly hotel cards to maximize hotel points for free stays. Plus fares are so low I mostly pay for my tickets these days.

If you take an hour or two to study the info in the credit card section of my website Free Frequent Flyer Miles, you will then be in a good position to ask questions.

Roman Dog,

If I had to pick one card I would choose the American Express Starwood card
because of the number of airlines that you are able to transfer to.

If I had to choose a non Amex card I would pick the American Airline Citi-Bank
card.

Good luck!
