I have noticed that KLMuk have a section of their website dedicated to visitors discussion - not that different to this site. Are there any other airline sites that offer this service? I must say I was very surprised that I did not have to register - surely open to abuse???

Yes, they've had the forum since very early 1999 and to my knowledge are the only airline in the world to sponsor one. What makes it more unique is that it doesn't appear to be censored. I've seen some very scathing posts there related to their servcie and the proposed mergers, etc. And they haven't been edited or delted. There's not a lot of traffic on the forums and they are quite well hidden, but they are a very refreshing change from other airlines who seek to cover up their identities. A note that this forum seems to only be available in the UK Web site......
