Upgrade Inventories

Folks,

I was trying to compile a list for the UPGRADE INVENTORY for each airline from Economy to Business & from Business to First.

American Airlines
Economy -> Business is in C
Business -> First is in ?

British Airways
Economy - > Business is in U
Business -> First is in Z

Do advise on the other carriers and if someone has a list it would be much appreciated.

Have you searched fully in each airline's forum? In at least three that I follow, other FT'ers have already done this work, and you can use their data.

Not as simple as that. Many longhaul BA flights have Premier Economy (which they call World Traveler Plus) in between Economy and Business. On those flights, you CANNOT upgrade from Economy -> Business. You can only upgrade from Economy -> Premier Economy, or from Premier Economy -> Business.

Also on some airlines (I don't remember if this applies on BA), it's a different upgrade code depending on whether you're upgrading form a discount fare or from a full fare.
