I had bought some gift certificates from giftcertificates.com through the ecoupons.com portal. There was suposed to be an 8% rebate with 3 weeks. After 6 weeks I called them, then went over to their office in Los Altos, CA. I was shocked to see an office that looked more like my room when I was 13! I have no idea why they chose an upscale office in that high-priced location but anyway they said that they were having some problems with the rebates. I asked them, "how many other people were having this problem?" "Not too many" was the reply from the lead programmer. Then a few minutes later they said that they were thinking of droping the erebates becasue of all the problems. I asked the programmer for his business card, which he has none

I'll let everyone know what the outcome is, they owe me about $32.

Thanks for info! I have been wondering about rebate. Now I'll stick to ebates and spree; I have received rebates from these two companies without any problem...
