AAdvantage additional bonus
I've also put this in the AA program. The AAdvantage dining program is currently giving a 500 mile bonus for visiting three participating restaurants, this on top of the 10 miles/$ - and the mileage that your card might be giving you. The catch - elites only.
Elites registered with the same program on other airlines might want to consider asking for a matching bonus.

This 500 miles 3X/month has been offered to AA Elites for months.
Is the 500 miles 3x/month bonus you are speaking of on top of the Elite bonus?
