Olympics

By some stroke of luck we scored tickets for the Olympics (and a hotel room) in August. We'd like to use mileage to get an upgrade on our flights there and back. My wife has 50K in Contintental and Delta, and I have 50K in United and 50K in Delta. I'm Silver on Delta. Am I foolish to even consider getting an upgrade? Thanks.

Try calling them. I would think it highly unlikely however. Your best bet would be to maybe get one to Paris (also unlikely, but a better chance) and then continue on from there in Y.

Powlan,

I would suggest posting this question in the airlines forum that you won the tickets.

If that's not known, send me a private message here and I'll re-open this thread.
