I forgot to mention the screaming toddlers because it's so loud in here... from the screaming toddlers... I couldn't think straight!
I also think they should have to fly on a priceline ticket... and request changes...

What, give up Employee Class (on UA)?? This whole thread sounded plausible until you suggested that!

I wonder if Herb ever joins the cattle call at SWA when he flys (if he flys Southwest at all)?
I hope Herb has to watch a third of the plane "pre-board" in front of him (i.e., anyone who is, or is traveling with, someone under age 21 or over 55).

Indeed - CEOs should have to see the sort of madness that ordinary passengers have to put up with, intolerable waits, being sent from queue to queue to deal with excess baggage payments, having to stand for an hour because there is not enough seating at the gate, or getting bumped from the flight altogether. I would like Robert Milton to try to book a ticket on his own airline (Air Canada) and to do so by calling his own (regular) reservations line. Then maybe he will begin to understand why the value of AC shares increased substantially when HM Government passed legislation threatening to send him to gaol for 5 years if he made things any worse (true story).
By the way, the Chief Executive of Go is female, and an American.
(although i guess it is not a "major" carrier)
