Diet Coke Rewards Problems

I ordered the 10,000 mile Delta certificate on April 1, and have never received it. I e-mailed them in June and they told me it will still be shipped. Any subsequent calls or e-mails are unanwsered.

Anybody else has the same problem ?

I got mine in one week, came Federal Express. I ordered it three weeks ago. You may want to check with someone else, quantites are limited.

Mine came fedex about a month after I ordered them, Delta accepted them without any problem. This was back in April.
