What airline is this?

This press release gives clue to the airline but doesn't name it -- I would think with the clues below it should be possible to figure it out --

The following is from the PlaneBusiness Daily Banter:
http://www.planebusiness.com/banter.asp
And for all of you Continental folks who were wondering just what airline it was that former Managing Director of International Operations Patrick Strasburger left Continental for--we think it is Dan McKinnon's privately held North American Airlines. Strasburger is now President and CEO of a company called LASV Enterprises, Inc. (couldn't they come up with a better name?), and the company issued a very cryptic press release today detailing the fact that the company had 'finalized negotiations to purchase a majority interest (75.1%) in a 'high-end US Airline.'
Exciting, eh!

Forgive my ignorance, but what exactly is North American Airlines? As far as I know, that's an adjective and noun, not a proper name.

They have Monday & Friday scheduled service to Guyana! "on-time departures to/from Guyana."

"A high-end U.S. airline" = "Two-bit charter airline"

NorthAmerican is 25% owned by ELAL Israel Airlines. It has handled the continuing flights out of the NY area for ELAL for a number of yrs now(besides its charter bus). So a person who was flying TLV to LAX flew ELAL to NY then continued on aboard a NA plane, during peak times ELAL uses its own aircraft as well as NA's.

Sounds like maybe ATA ... it says "they operate 757-200 and 737-800" aircraft ... ATA just signed a large contract for those two types of aircraft and are standardizing around them.
