Aircraft Search

Is there any place that I can search for a particular type of aircraft. I am particularly interested in US domestic routes where 777 aircraft are used. I ran a search on Infoseek and couldn't find anything helpful. I am looking for as many domestic routes as possible and on any airline. Any ideas?

FWIW, I think you would have a lot more luck if you went into each Airline's site.

I have flown the 777 (once) and really liked it.

Good luck.

Sorry, but the one flight I took was on Continental, from EWR to HOU.

There are two professional products that allow you to do this kind of search on the schedules, as they are held in database format, and allow you to formulate queries. Neither of these is meant for the casual user as the fees are very high, but if you are interested let me know, and I will point you in the right direction.

United is currently the largest user of the 777 and therefore has the largest number of doemstic 777 flights. SEA/DEN DEN/IAD ORD/IAD LAX/DEN LAX/ORD SFO/ORD are some of the routes that I know of where you can fly on a UA 777. Expect to find more and more AA 777 on domestic routes as their 777 fleet grows.

An interesting resource might be found Continental at http://www.continental.com/dash/buil...p?corporate_05

Link to the virtual tour of the 777, which has 360-degree views of the BusinessFirst and Economy cabins, and a writeup about Continental's 777 service in general. (Don't forget to download the IPIX plug-in available on the page)

Have fun.

All the info you need on the 777 can be found on Boeing's web site:-

This link will at least tell you who owns and operates them and the individual airline websites will supply the routings.

AA was flying the 777 from ORD-DFW once a day - don't know if they still are.
