Need some advice
This is what I planned for May and needed some advice or feedback:
Apr 30 YYZ - HNL CP
May 4 HNL - LAS AA
May 8 LAS - HNL AA
May 10 HNL - YYZ CP
The total cost for the YYZ - HNL and HNL - LAS roundtrip tickets works out to be around $1000 USD which will give me about 15K Q miles on my CP account. Any suggestion on whether I should change anything? Too expensive? Haven't ticketed yet but will be soon...
I am also interested on upgrading the AA flights, any suggestion how I could do that? I am a CP Exec. Plat.
Main goal for this vacation is to have fun, save $$ and get Q miles like we always do

Now where is HNL and LAS. Sometimes it is best to call the airline and tell them what you are trying to do. I've often had the airline come up with a cheaper way to do it.

NICE Vacation. I'd really like to go to both Hawaii and Las Vegas, but never in the same vacation.
Personally I pick YYZ-HNL-YYZ, YYZ-LAS-YYZ or YYZ-HLN-LAS-YYZ as you plan includes back tracking from Las Vegas to Hawaii. Isn't that a waste of you valuable holiday time.
