New Guy needs info on air miles programs....
New to this website. Seeking info or links to "really" good airmile "tips" or programs. (i.e.-"what the heck is the latin pass and what is good about it?") Saw the article in newsweek on the pudding guy.....would like to spend my lunch hours trying to find a deal like that. Any expert advice available? Much appreciated in advance for any replys!I will reply to all e-mails on this.

This whole web-site is filled with good advice. My advice is to go back and read threads that interest you and you will get answers to questions you didn't think of asking. You'll have to do your homework and go back and read, and read and read. No quick answers to general questions. If you want to know about Latin Pass, read all the threads on Latin Pass, etc.

finnman, welcome to FlyerTalk...
You should definitely visit this site: http://www.mileageworkshop.com/
Mileage Addict, one of the regular contributors here, has done a great job with this site. Anyone new to the points/miles games needs to spend some time there.
One thing you should be aware of (with relation to your time here). It can be very, very addictive...
* Lunch hours will get l-o-n-g-e-r.
* You may find yourself getting up earlier in the morning to check FT.
* You may stay up past your normal bedtime to read stuff here.
* You will probably bore your friends with talk of 'mileage runs' & programs.
That's just the beginning...but, welcome
