MCI 35K plus extras

Dear All.
The mci rep that I used since December is better and she did it again on Tuesday.
1. I got 35 K for each of my 5 lines and all have started to post (32,520 total as of 3/22/00)I gave her a new account on Tuesday and there were no catches.
2. She watches my account for billing errors, if I catch them I email her the amount and the dates and why and she issues the credit I receive a letter in the mail confirming the credit. So far she has caught all the errors first. No more 2 hour calls to MCI
3. She uses a combination of codes for the miles so I get all the miles and I can email her and ask about my miles when ever I like.

Want more email her [email protected]
She was a great help to me!!!!!!

Thanks for the info but it does not do me any good when MCI refuses to give me any more monthly miles / bonuses period.

I have tried to no avail (supervisors, etc.) to get reinstated, but they say my 4 lines are "blacklisted" stating I have earned too many lifetime miles. I do not see any fine print saying you can't earn more than a certain amount of lifetime miles.

I feel like MCI/Worldcom is treating me like dirt as I have been a customer with 4 lines for 8 years. American AAdvantage also says that WCOM has no rules about a cap. They sell WCOM AA miles in bulk and would like to keep doing that.

See my thread:

I am now waiting for the "right" offer to switch. I'm hoping AT&T will re-open their Personal Rewards program again soon. I'd go to Sprint but I really don't have any interest in eanrning Northwest Worldperks miles.

Sorry about that I looked up that email and it is [email protected] and maybe she has some suggestions about the "blacklist", she got my account working after other csr had blown it!

Just my 2 cents - something does not sound right about emailing my MCI account information to someone at yahoo.com. Maybe this person is truly helpful, I would hate to be her opening her email in the morning after the address was posted on a board. I also have heard of "harvesting" of names, address, account numbers, etc. I am not saying that is the case here and no offense is meant. I am just adding a caution someone should consider before trusting your personal account information to someone.

The first time I reached her was @ MCI she helped me through a billing problem. I was majorly irate with her she gave me her email so that if I had any other problems that I could write. Later we worked on the problem of my miles. I think that she truly does want to help, but I realize that she does get credit for the sale.
Try to keep postive.

Did you ask her if it was okay to post her email address? I don't want to email her unless she says its okay.

How did you get 35K for each line? The best I have seen is 25K/line.
