Do Any Programs Still Sell Miles/Points for Incentives

I've been through a few different programs and can't seem to find any information - do any of the US airline mileage programs or credit cards still sell points or miles in bulk to be used as corporate incentive gifts?

A generic answer: If you're big enough a fish... The programs are aware how popular and powerful they are. They don't need to jump on every offer. You gotta convince them you bring them a volume that's worth their while.

I believe most programs allow you to gift miles

UA Buy or Transfer MileagePlus Miles
AA https://www.aa.com/aadvantage-progra..._TRAN_BGT_EARN
DL How to Buy, Gift, Transfer or Donate Miles | Delta Air Lines

That is for retail customers, not "buying in bulk."

yes, it isnt exactly what op is asking for, but 1) it can be a good workaround or 2) it also suggests that airlines are in the business of selling miles, so he can try emailing them and ask

Unfortunately it looks like the airlines place a per-account cap on the number of miles that can be gifted, so that won't work - and Amex/Chase/etc don't seem to sell points at all, even as business incentives

I believe the latter is due to them each being able to be "cashed out" as a statement credit, etc, such that they have a cash value.

Lufthansa, for example, gives you the opportunity to choose the business class of service or the first 3-4 times cheaper.
For example, from New York to Berlin to fly there and back in business class not for $5,000, but for 2000

Cool! Flew???

Delta's frequent flyer program offers opportunities for businesses to accumulate miles through corporate travel and credit card spending. These miles can be redeemed for various rewards, including flights and upgrades. However, recent changes in the program have led to customer dissatisfaction, and the U.S. Department of Transportation is investigating these practices.

Yes, exactly! Being able to cash them out as credit gives them real monetary value.

Businesses can earn miles through travel and spending, but the recent program changes have caused dissatisfaction, drawing attention from regulators.
