Do Any Programs Still Sell Miles/Points for Incentives
I've been through a few different programs and can't seem to find any information - do any of the US airline mileage programs or credit cards still sell points or miles in bulk to be used as corporate incentive gifts?

I believe most programs allow you to gift miles

Unfortunately it looks like the airlines place a per-account cap on the number of miles that can be gifted, so that won't work - and Amex/Chase/etc don't seem to sell points at all, even as business incentives

I believe the latter is due to them each being able to be "cashed out" as a statement credit, etc, such that they have a cash value.

For example, from New York to Berlin to fly there and back in business class not for $5,000, but for 2000

Delta's frequent flyer program offers opportunities for businesses to accumulate miles through corporate travel and credit card spending. These miles can be redeemed for various rewards, including flights and upgrades. However, recent changes in the program have led to customer dissatisfaction, and the U.S. Department of Transportation is investigating these practices.
