Clickmiles bonus offers
I've been trying to bolster my clickmiles balance to take advantage of the 2:1 transfer to Starwood through the end of next month. One of the best deals I found so far was from Planet RX. They give 3 clickmiles per dollar you spend, plus 100 bonus on your first order and they are also giving away these free kits with every $10 order. There are a bunch of them, my wife picked a fancy pedicure thing. The referral deal is also great: 250 click miles for each referral. So if anybody is interested, let's do a conga line like we did on milesource yesterday and everybody sign up under the bottom person listed, that way we each get at least 500 starpoints for a referral. Thanks.

I shopped at PlanetRX.com through Bizrate.com which gives a 15% rebate on all PlanetRX purchases. They also have an excellent referral scheme, with a cash payout from 3 levels of people signed up under you. One can Bizrate's service AND get clickmiles (and the clickmiles are calculated on the price paid, so the rebate comes out AFTER you get the miles). If you want to try Bizrate, please use my link:

Here's how you can really rack up points. Open a bank account with Compubank. You will receive a Visa card which works like a debit card. For every dollar you charge, you
get one click mile. The miles post to your account very quickly, practically overnight!
But don't open a money market account!! I found out the hard way that you can only use the card three times a month. But with a checking account, you can use the card as often as you want. There is a charge limit
though of $1500.00 daily. Oh, and by the way, you can open your account with another affinity Visa card and earn miles. Plus, Compubank will give you 500 miles for opening
the account. Compubank has very good customer service too via their toll free number. I'll be happy to answer any questions.

PS Be sure to enter the Compubank web site by going through the Click Rewards site.

Just to echo Neal -- CompuBank is for real and they have a great CS staff. I've earned over 12,000 miles in a little over 6 weeks by opening a business account and buying inventory (whenever possible) with the Visa card. The daily limit of $1500 is a pain at the moment (many of our purchases exceed that limit) but CompuBank is working with us to either raise the limit after the account is a bit more mature or, alternatively, giving me one time exceptions to the limit.
To maximize the miles, we've also opened a personal account and we pile on the miles there too...

I tried Compubank when they first started out. Must have been in beta! I got lousy service, unclear communication, and slow to get a card and all. I don't understand how you are getting extra points through compubank though. I couldn't figure out any way to get more points than I'm getting on affinity cards, beyond the initial $1,000 deposit charged to a credit card and the 500 bonus points. Simply withdrawing cash with the ATM card doesn't pay points, does it? The fact that there is a double clickmiles promo on DOES make them more attractive, but I'm also getting double AA miles with clickciti with a lot less hassle.
Please post if there is something I overlooked with this card.

Steffo: I don't think you're overlooking anything. But once again, until March 31, you get 2 Starwood miles for each Click mile
you transfer. Plus, for 20,000 Starwood miles, you can get 25,000 miles in either American Advantage or one of roughly 20 other airlines. As I said in a previous post, their customer service is very good now. Also, keep in mind that Click rewards has offered double redemption points before. I assume it will happen again. (Just my opinion.)
