The Hilton HHonors program will let you use points for 2-br suites in Orlando and Las Vegas at the HGVC timeshare resorts; the other Florida HGVC-managed resorts are not included, however, and they have nothing in the USVI.
I believe Marriott Rewards also offers use of the Marriott timeshare resorts in their program too.

GeorgeJ is correct on Marriott. At Residence Inn, TownePlace Suites and MVCI (the timeshares) members can redeem for two bedrooms. Unfortunately, there is only a Marriott and a Renaissance hotel on USVI.
There is a timeshare in Aruba, but I would stick with USVI. Maybe you can call the hotel directly and ask (or pay a fee) to upgrade???
