MONEY: A new internet bank, www.x.com, has opened and is offering a free $20. to anyone who opens an account. There is no min balance, no monthly fees, reimburse up to $6 a month in ATM fees, fee initial checks and free Visa Checkcard, and free transfers.
MILES: You can fund the account 2 times a year with up to $500 from a credit card and pick up some miles along the way, you dont enter your pin number, so this will be a regular charge not cash advance.
You also get $10 for anyone you refer who opens an account (you still get the full $20). So if you feel generous, use my reference, [email protected]
Thanks,
Tummyg

OK - I filled out the whole application (used your referral ----) the last window said they could not process!!What a nerve - and after I put in my Social etc. and all that personal info. - If you hold an account - please complain - you can't get your $10 referral if they do not process my application! - I did e-mail and complain - but so far no answer! Signed up too (with your referral), without problems. I think I'll put that $20 in a mutual fund and see how quickly I can retire.
You can also fund your account with a credit card (w/o fees it seems), up to $500 per 6 months.
