Help with BA miles

I have a blue executive club with Avios 25500 and Tier points 243. What does it mean in real terms? I mean if I travel from Europe to USA can upgrade my economy seat to business or please give me more Infos. Thank you

You can only upgrade one class, so from economy to premium economy longhaul.

Ignore the Tier Points - those are for status and can't be redeemed for anything. Award flights with Avios are priced by distance. 25,000 is enough for a one way between London and many USA airports. Or it will get a lot of intra-Europe flights, which start at 4,500 Avios one way. You can also use them to upgrade a purchased flight except for some discounted economy fares. Note that if the plane you're on has premium economy you will only be able to upgrade economy to premium economy as only 1 cabin upgrade is permitted. Upgrade pricing also varies by distance. Your Avios should be enough for a one way upgrade on a flight to the USA. http://www.britishairways.com/en-us/...ing-with-avios

It now starts at 4,000 avios for an off-peak redemption.
