If you don't already have an e-Rewards survey partner, the Avios best survey option is probably signing up there for Iberia Avios and then grinding out 1-2 surveys a day on the mobile app. With persistence, you can hit $100/month in e-Rewards currency, which is 3000 Avios that folks seem to be able to merge into their other Avios account. (Both BA and Iberia only let you have one redemption per 30 days, and the largest BA amount available is only 1000 Avios)

Signed up for Iberia years ago and never got points when I completed the surveys.

Odd. I haven't used e-Rewards for avios yet, but they've generally been quite reliable in the other programs I've redeemed into.
