I did it and received the miles, but holy crap what a painful survey! Thanks though it helped me extend my expiration.

A vpn with a UK IP is your friend!

Firewind Oct 6, 2015 5:47 pm

Right, maybe it was my IP that got me, but I do have a London address (too). Whatever their reason, they must be sure of it, because I'm apparently not worth any more of their time.

This thread is sooo quiet. Is this programme just humming along for everyone, or were others dumped, as well?

mikeycanuk Oct 16, 2015 6:11 pm

I get emails but everytime I try I get the sorry try again bs.

kalderlake Oct 17, 2015 6:01 am

Worked for me.

Used a UK VPN connection.

My 600 Avios posted 2 days after taking the initial survey.

Wouldn't allow me to enter my "POST CODE" which I assume was POSTAL zip code?

Where are you located to get the 600 AVIOS points?

euromannn Oct 17, 2015 4:49 pm

How did your Boston address work?

it would not accept my Post code.....(98115)? Post code I assume was postal zip code. SO I di survey but address did not process right.

We could both be right.

But, and I mean this separately, all mine (three) of the past week, albeit with their true different dates, showed up yesterday. One I did Wednesday. :)

I used my London address. And their postal codes use more fields. But remember, I still seem to be "broken" in their view - best hypothesis is that my American internet provider knocked me out? - so not your best guidance.

I never get any mail of value for BA.
IS it possible I can change to a UK address(random) and then get BA to grant these AVIOS survey points?

I once had friend with a brother living in Germany(US Army) and he used that address for NW Airlines to fly 50,000 miles /yr and get full upgrades.

Maybe you can find my a UK address. BA never sends me marketing literature or Mileage statement so it would fool them as I never get their mail.

I use a UK remailer so I used that address. I have done 2 total with a Vpn set to London. However most of the surveys kick me out and even the 2nd for 50 Avios took a painful 30 minutes. I get much better reward/time with my Aeroplan surveys and am having fun with erewards for AS, I'm so close to $100(2000 AS miles). I figure I might be able to earn 15000-20000 Alaska Miles a year if I keep it up.

Take the 600 and forget it.

How do I set up free VPN?
