Probably meant Chase Sapphire Preferred. I just checked mine, I've earned double points on parking meters, structures and airport parking lots dozens of times.

Preflight Parking in PHL allows you to convert earned points to Dividend Miles, and I think it's every 16th day parked they give me an automatic 250 miles.

Why not check out Groupon? Here at RSW there is usually a deal for off site parking, and some of the portals give bonus points or miles for the groupon purchase as well. Saves money and gets miles~

I use Thanksagain and get 2 points per dollar. The points have posted to HHonors with no problem. I also pay with Hilton Surpass or Hilton Reserve for additional 3 points per mile.
