Mileage Value these days?

In recent years I've become an infrequent traveler, but still have plenty of miles to use. With airline miles greatly devalued now, what is a decent value per mile these days?

For example if I spend 100,000 miles for a trip that would cost $1000 that is only $0.01/mile which used to be a poor value for miles, but now looks like it is about normal.
