Double Clickrewards points - did you get your miles?
Everyone,
Just thought I would post this so you are aware of a glitch with the Clickrewards double point promotion back in July.
I submitted my request in early July to have my clickrewards points transferred to my Continental account. I believe we were told maximum time to transfer 6 weeks.
I just got my latest Continental statement on-line and discovered my points never made it into my account. I immediately e-mailed Clickrewards. I was told that they had just discovered that some transfers were never processed. I was told that the points would be deposited into my account within 3 business days. They apologized profusely and deposited 250 points into my account as an apology. After 4 business days I again e-mailed them and was told they were still working on it and the points would be in my account within a week and they gave me another 250 points.
Well I just emailed them again after a week and no points. I guess after all this I will probably have about 1000 points in apologies. I am sure that the points will eventually make it into my account, but I thought I would alert anyone else that took advantage of this offer to check their accounts for the transfer.

I also have not received my miles on Continental. I emailed them a little over a week ago, but they just told me that they would look into it. No miles to say they were sorry or anything like that. Perhaps I should email them again.

My clickreward miles did not get posted to my CO account so I wrote them a letter yesterday. I received an email response along with another 250 clickreward miles for the problem. The miles will be posted to my CO account within a week.
