Earn 300-600 UA miles for taking a survey
The survey is rather extensive and will take you about 15 minutes to complete.

I got the 300 miles offer. Ended up being asked a ridiculous number of questions about my recent camera purchase. I qualified for the 300 miles (survey took about 12 minutes) and then was offered a second survey about allergy meds for 50 miles. I started filling that one out but must have answered a question that disqualified me. Oh well, at least I got the first one for 300 miles. Hopefully the miles will post. We’ll see…

Received the email from MileagePlus and completed the signup process for Opinion Miles Club. It is rather long process, but after completing my first survey (16 minutes), my survey history says I earned 600 miles. I qualified for another survey - 50 miles for 10 minutes - which also says "COMPLETED" and "PROCESSING" in my account. The site says miles are automatically deposited to United (no minimums), so we'll see.
Kind of creepy that it specifically asked for my work phone number and the actual name of employer. Most just usually ask for industry and job function.

Did one of my kids first, the first one took 8 minutes start (including the sign up, checking email etc) and I pretty much put the middle answer in all except for the household questions where I put none, don't have any etc.. it was quick and painless
lets see if the miles post, I need to get some activity by 9/30 to extend the account life in two accounts. hopefully this works.

my other son just got 50 miles which is fine with me as long as they post as I only want to extend the life on his account as well.
I just answered the none of the above type answers to all questions in that initial survey and then it said, 1 minute for 50 miles which I did.. then it said I was awarded 50 miles.. we shall see how this pans out

Process took ALOT LONGER than they say it will.
Takes 5-10min just to fill in all the personal info to see if qualify for surveys then the actual survey took another 15-20min. All this for 300 miles.
The 2nd survey was even worst. Offer 50miles but took another 15-20min.
