I just spent 25k points at the Holiday Inn in Kelowna over the long weekend; 259$ + tax (293$) or 25k points.

So under this spend pattern I can spend 120$ for 60k points and get almost 600$ of value and still end up with 10k points for future use...

There's an alternate offer for the TDvAeroplan Infinite Visa that doesn't include FYF but has an interesting $250 credit at a "Visa Luxury Hotel Collection property".

Based on the T&C, there's no minimum spend to receive the additional 10,000 bonus points. Can someone confirm this?

Just a reminder TD Rewards redemption changes will start on Aug 16. If you have points that want to redeem at the old rate, you might want to call TD soon.

Correct, I've confirmed with a TD rep that the miles are triggered upon first purchase and no minimum spend is required.

Only if you redeem for non-expediaforTD purchases.

ExpediaforTD redemptions remain at the same value

okay good, at least. My GF has a First Class with tons of points on it but no more vacation days so we were about to be a little upset with TD. :lol

Not that its such a great deal or anything, but if anyone wants the RBC British Airways 30,000 Avios offer ($165 af), just make a new FF account on Ba.com and they'll send you a 30k offer with no expiry listed in the t&c

Do you need to spend $5000 in 2 months though?
That's the deal that shows for me while logged into my RBC account.

Yup that's correct.

That's interesting. It was pulled from Ba.com and RBC's public website. It makes sense that they offer it to existing clients though.

Does the CIBC Aerogold Infinite card have similar car rental insurance to the Amex cards?

Cool thanks.
I pulled the trigger on their 50k offer after $3k spend in 3 months a few years back but $5k harder to do in only two months and for 20k less points.:td:
