Amazon gone from Hawaiian Mall!

Oh No!!! Amazon is no longer listed with the Hawaiian site. I am crushed!
I knew they were going to go to categories but I didn't know they would cut them entirely. Any other sites giving miles and not cashback?

Answered part of my own question, on the Virgin Atlantic UK site it is 2 Miles per $, but when you click on the offer it goes to buy.com

I just went to the HA mall and successfully linked to Amazon. I did have to type Amazon in the search box but it still comes up. It only offers miles on select categories now, like men's and women's shoes. Kind of sucks.

I could never remember to use the HA mall and when they destroyed the VS redemption I decided to dump HA miles into HH. Nowadays I find the GC at OD route the best way to make Amazon purchases miles qualifying!

what do you buy from Amazon? I rarely find a reason to buy something from Amazon.

Yeah, I can get no fee amazon cards at office max. Much better than 1 HA.

Good riddance, at 1x Hawaiian you guys were getting ripped off to begin with. Note Amazon pays ~6% to affiliates:

https://affiliate-program.amazon.com...pensation.html

I would suggest using ebates or fatwallet to get 4% CB in the categories that pay cash back. In other categories, support your favorite Amazon Associate. For example, Frequent Miler has an Amazon link here:

http://boardingarea.com/blogs/frequentmiler/shop/

Or you could support the UR mall comparison page which also has an Amazon link.

Regardless of what portal you use, you can also get 5x UR + 5%-7.5% cash back when you shop at Amazon as follows:

1) buy $500 VanillaVisa GCs at OD with Chase Ink (nets 5x UR less 1% fee)
2) upgrade your VanillaVisa GCs to BestBuy GCs via PlasticJungle (6% discount plus YMMV 2.5% TopCashBack)
3) upgrade your BestBuy GCs to Amazon Kindle GCs in store
4) load Amazon Kindle GCs to your Amazon account (they will automatically be used for your Amazon purchases)
5) use ebates or fatwallet to get another 4% CB at Amazon when you shop in limited categories, or support your favorite Amazon Associate in other categories

Good stuff. I didn't know about the ability to give FM or the comparison tool an affiliate credit.

Unfortunately, I seem to live in the one decent size metro area without an OD. So, getting 5x on amazon cards at office max is my excitement for the week. It makes me feel like a player!
