Ironically, the only outrage from the grizzled veterans here wasn’t necessarily about the fraud, but that her CPM use was quite high. Gordon Gecko would be very proud of this thread LOL (I mean that positively)

She's a TA. My guess is that she converted the miles into tickets that she sold to unknowing clients, charging the clients a discounted price compared to what they'd otherwise have to pay for legitimate tickets.

Some of us are married to the same wife? I have to write it down for her on what to say and put the phone on speaker also. She hates it! Until we fly and stay for free.

I'm guessing she was a well-trusted employee who put in long hours and never took a vacation.

The Bermuda Triangle gets all the publicity - nobody ever heard of The Fraud Triangle. Except maybe Happy, us redbirds, and business picked clean by trusted staff with improper segregation of duties.
