Thank you for letting us know this Doc. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

For the record has anyone else had this particular problem?

I have to admit, I was just asked to do the survey. With all the bad I have heard about it I declined to take it. I would have taken it if there were no problems with it. If the problems do get fixed I would be happy to take the survey.

FlyerTalk is acting almost at normal speed and the survey has NOT popped up every time a move from thread to thread.

As I said, it's a good idea BUT I wish there was another way to take the survey wtihout it being loaded into the FlyerTalk system.

Please don't take this as an invitation.
I haven't been asked to take the survey yet, and from what I've read here, I hope I'm not asked.

Appears to be working normally now. Only would note that it appears to access data.survey builder and then the survey (if it should) does not appear (which is fine by me) since the speed etc is quite normal. Thanks again!

Oooo, Ouch. So many problems. I'd like to apologize one more time for all of the problems that we've had and to let you all know that we beleive we have it all under control now...knock on wood.

For those of you who might still be interested in the survey you can now find it at the following locations:

http://talk.webflyer.com
http://www.webflyer.com/bonusconnect/bonusconnect.htm
http://www.webflyer.com/@10/fr10.htm
http://www.webflyer.com/@accounts/fracct.htm

Please note: The survey is still on a random timer and so you will need to hit "shift+refresh" several times in order to get the survey.

I took the survey this AM. It looked to be well designed, although I thought they overdid the listed categories for education. I would be very surprised if they could get enough counts in each category for significance testing.

It only came up once for me and I filled it out. However, since then my stored username and password was lost. Still, it is not much to ask for giving us this info exchange forum.

It popped up while I was switching forums, took a minute or two to complete, then went obligingly away. I had no problems so far, and I'll let you know if it gives me problems when I sign off.

Just completed second time for me. The fact that the survey is being done over and over by basically the same people---will that have any affect on the true results?

Sure it will have an effect. I once filled out a survey on webflyer about 10 times which was 10% of the responses (as you can tell, the question was important to me, since I rarely fill in surveys without bonuses).
