topcashback.com issues??
Tried to log on to topcashback.com and was locked out.
No biggy even though I know my log in was correct. I used the reset password and it showed that the email I used was not in the system. Odd, I never changed it.
Not sure if system glitch or if they bit the dust. Yes I sent in an email but they are not kown for winning customer service rewards.
I recall reading that their model was based upon advertising more so than keeping part of the rebate.
Anyone else having issues or is Murphy just messing with me.

Contact them directly. I think one of their contact emails is [email protected]
Perhaps, they suspended or closed your account because you were doing something you were not supposed to. Just my guess...

I don't know whether this may relate to your problem, but the site clearly states:
"Remember, simply sign-in at least every 6 months to ensure your account is not marked as 'Dormant', thereby risking termination."

I use it regularly and I am a straight shooter, no games or funny business. Thinking it was hacked. Waiting for response from them, guess I will have to use other sites until then.
