Which airline programs offer "soft landings"

Programs: BA GGL, Delta Diamond, Hyatt Globalist

Which airline programs offer "soft landings"
I have high tier elite with Delta, United and American. I will not fly enough to renew at the same level with all three in 2013. Do any of these programs offer a "soft landing" - i.e. only dropping me one elite level - if I fail to fly them for a whole year?

With rollovers DL does not do soft landing. AA use to, don't know if it still does. I wouldn't fly UA anyway.
