They do. Assuming you pay it off every month, there's basically no difference between the two cards. The Ink Plus is newer, so I'd go for the Ink Bold, though there's really no good reasoning behind that except the off chance that the Ink Plus bonus will be around longer.

Also as someone mentioned the Hyatt CC would get you 2 free nights at ANY Hyatt property.
