Delta has a program called SkyBonus. You don't even need to be a company to sign up.

Or prepay and buy a Delta Private Jets card.
As far as I can tell, you can use it for 100% commercial service at everyday rates like a gift card, and get the benefits of designating certain folks for platinum/diamond status.
It may not really be a discount though.
Don't forget the easy stuff (like one of the AMEX cards giving 2/3% back on airfare).
