AA's AAnytime awards are not capacity controlled, there is always availability unless the cabin is sold out. However, AAnytime awards do not apply to partner redemptions (not sure about codeshares operated by other airlines.) These are not attractive because they require twice the mileage.
Agreed. Posters will receive more useful replies if they mention the research they have already done and what they have found. Then we can suggest alternatives or explain how to resolve problems.
