Strange, on 2 accounts I have Combine My Avios link under manage account, on 2 other I don't. All 4 under same "family account" in BA profile.

I signed up, and got a confirmation email, however I can't find my account number anywhere. When I go to manage account on BMI, there's no information there. Weird.
