You have to fly 12,500 Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs) or 15 Medallion Qualification Segments (MQSs) on flights operated by Delta or Delta Connection.

Is there currently any fast-track way to gold status on any non-OW airlines? I recall Sky Team used to have a deal where you could take one flight with them to automatically get status but not sure if it's still around.

that still exists, you have to fly on Czech Airlines and they'll match whatever status you have into theirs. Not bad if you can work a flight with them into it, China Airlines seem to have tightened up on their status matching from reports I've seen.

Looking to do a status match with UA. I have [an award] UA flight in November that I got through Air Canada and my husband has an award flight also, through SAS.

We are both SAS silver, I am Alaska MVP75K and SAS Silver. We are both Emirates Silver as well.

We would like to be able to use Business Lounge in CDG before our flight home to SFO.

IF we ask for status match, how are in advance would you suggest asking for the match? Not sure how long it takes to process status match request and then how much time do they give you to take flights to complete the challenge. I don't want to ask to early and then have the 90 ?? days elapse before our actual flight.

Well for a status match one needs to have status and in this case the poster said their status had lapsed, thus they needed a fast track which does not usually require existing status :)

TK only match with OW (emerald), *A. Gold , and Skyteam. Not with any others.

Yes - I need some sort of fast-track to get any gold-type status, regardless of alliance. I don't mind it being a "take one flight and get instant status for one year" type of offer or even some small pay-to-get-status deal as long as it's not terribly expensive.

Call SAS and see if you can fly the Houston to Stavanger flights for status.

That, or buy Avianca *A Gold.

Fly LX F long haul once and I think you should be qualify for EB Gold.

You could get Alaska Airlines. Send copy of Elite card, plus ID card, and flight statement to [email protected]

i thought Alaska matched us based airlines only. they refused to match my Air Berlin gold...

Alitalia MilleMiglia is currently doing a status match promotion if you e-mail [email protected] with a scanned copy of your card / screenshot of statement.

You can then use that to match to TK.

TK only match One World Emerald status, Skyteam Elite and Star Alliance gold.

Tk only matches to Elite Plus with Skyteam.

Reports are that you are matched to Skyteam Elite Plus level from both Oneworld Emerald and Oneworld Sapphire.

Yes, thats correct I was simply clarifying that TK does not match ST elite level cards but Elite plus.

You don't even need a mileage-statement, at the website Alitalia only asks for first/family name, millemiglia number and copy of valid card of your current frequent flyer programme membership. Cards from other Skyteam airlines are not accepted.

Alitalia matches OWS and OWE into Skyteam Elite Plus which is the highest in skyteam which TK will then match to star gold :) 👍

Yes, this is exactly what I am doing:) Still waiting to hear back from Alitalia though.

I doubt you will hear anything. Alitalia seem to process the status match without sending an email. You need to login into your account, select profile and view card to see the change.

I don't see why not. On the website here , it just says "an airline not part of the skyteam alliance".

Alitalia matched my AA EXP One World Emerald to ST Elite Plus to 3/31/16. Took about 10 days.
No notice, just logged into my MilleMiglia account and my new card and status were displayed.

10 days and counting on TK.
They did send a note 3 days ago asking for my card and statement, even though I had included both in the original request.

Where can I get status match to Star Alliance

I was looking information because on november i will star flying with United and Air China. I wanna know if there is any airline on star alliance that will get you a status match without challanges or nothing (On Onewolrd you have Airberlin and Lan).
