For anyone (else) that missed it in December, the ITA Volare status match is back until 15 April: https://www.itaspa.com/en_en/volare/statusmatch.html
1 The data on your identity card will be used exclusively to verify that first and last name match those shown on the loyalty card.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A STATUS MATCH?
Request the status match and enter one of our exclusive clubs in two simple steps:- If you haven't already subscribed, sign up to our new program Volare
- Complete the Status Match dedicated request form which you can find in your personal area by entering your personal data and uploading a legible copy of your Frequent Flyer program card of origin (digital or physical) and a copy of your valid1 identity card (pdf, jpg format)

Unless there's a public status match offer, they likely won't do it, especially since they're rolling out a new program with no firm changeover date.
You're better off doing a status match/challenge with American (if available) and using that number to book on JetBlue. Essentially the same benefits minus the free alcoholic drink..

You send to Dream Miles a scan/photo of your valid gold card(s) and politely ask Madame Larissa for a status match. If granted, gold, it gives you, among other perks, lounge access to Pearl Lounge in KGL, even when travelling WB economy.

Current status matches?
Just checking in - I searched and have found no opportunities presently available that I could try to get my Aegean miles and bonus (star alliance) gold matched to - happy to be bad at searching and get a hot tip here

! I wonder if it could work with a existing account that was downgraded from Silver to Emerald during Covid?Has the dedicated RwandAir Dream Lounge been (temporary/permanently?) closed at Kigali airport?
In 2020 (domectic flight) and 2021 (international), we used this one and not the Pearl lounge ( which are very similar though).

Kenya Airways - which has just launched its own new FFP "Asante Rewards" - is offering a status match to all (thanks to irishguy28 for this info). Becoming a Skyteam Elite (Plus) member has never been so easy .
