Help me get from Boston to Italy

round trip ticket. For end of June.

Basically I've got only 50K Delta miles + 50K points (Chase Sapphire). I am flying coach obviously

Is there a way to get there?

Thanks again.

You're missing some important details, like how long you want to stay.

United miles will get you there or back for 30k. Not sure what Delta miles will get you.

Sounds like you don't have enough. UA is 30K each way (which you can get via transferring your Chase miles to United miles). DL is 60K minimum for one way or both ways (they have oneway awards but they are the same price as a roundtrip.) I suggest somehow getting an additional 10K Chase points (like by signing up for another credit card that offers Ultimate Reward points - Chase Freedom, Ink Bold) or use cash to buy the ticket.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8530/5.0.0.1030 Profile/MIDP-2.1 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/417)

You can try flying EI via Ireland, using BA Avios. Very low fees for the TATL portion, but higher fees for the inter-European portion.

Perhaps a BOS-Ireland-BOS Coach redemption for 25K Avios roundtrip, and then an Ireland-Italy-Ireland roundtrip on a low-cost carrier.

UA Mileage Plus 50K would help you. The time is tight but possible. Apply now, get the card, activate it and ask for closing cycle date. Typically, miles are posted on that day or sometimes 1 or 2 days later. Since you have Chase SP, transfer points to UA now and book 1 way trip first.
The transfer would take instantly. I do not know your return date. If it is too close to the departure date, might not possible to have cheap ticket for low miles. Good luck
