One small recommendation - you might want to consider putting an "as of February 2012" notice somewhere on the page (at the bottom? top?). AirTran will be leaving MR at the end of this month (and I'm sure other changes will occur in the various programs).

SPG doesn't have Lufthansa, does it? They sure don't have it on the website.

Last year when Mexicana broke down i payed for the transfer of all my points to fiestareward... tracking my miles every week but it never showed up.
Reading you message i went to check on fiesta reward and SURPRISE ! all my miles are here posted.
Last year i asked for a transfer of all my miles to fiestareward via the mexicanaGO hotline.

This is quite a nice transfer diagram. Thanks!
To make it trickier, SPG transfers to many/most airlines at a 1.25x ratio (20k starpoints to 25k miles). And Amex MR often has ~50% bonuses when transferring to BA or DL. Chase has never had a transfer bonus to partners, but I'm not holding my breath on that one

AirTran Airways (left program after merger with WN)
Qantas
South African Airways
SWISS
I do not recognize "MileageManager" as a redemption partner.
Membership Rewards does transfer to a half-dozen hotel programs which are not listed.
