Free $50 debit card

Oldsmobile is offering a free $50 Persona Select Card (AMEX), valid for $50 at over 100 different retail and travel establishments like Macys, GAP, Eddie Bauer, Marriott, Westin, Doubletree, American Airlines Vacations, Delta Vacations, Golf Digest Schools, Walt Disney World resort / Disney Cruise packages, Carnival Cruise, RCCL, etc. Check out the list on the URL given.

Note: There are terms and conditions for some of the groups listed above concerning supplemental forms of payment, for cruise / vacation pkgs: used for prepayment of pkgs, etc.

The requirement is that you need a registration form and take a test drive at a local Oldsmobile dealership before 8/2/99. http://www.startsomething.com/regForm.asp#entryform

TIP! If you aren't interested in buying a car, some dealerships will just sign the form for you.

Enjoy!

Thanks, sggolf! If this works out I'll spend the $50 when I take the "nippers" to Disney World. At least the Mouse won't get all my money

Sggolf and DougC: Thanks for the tips. I have printed each of the certificates, and will take them with me for the auto test drives. Nice way to spend an afternoon or evening away from wife and kids!

Have an Olds and Buick dealer nearby, and will see them this weekend for quick test drives. $100 free dollars. OK in my book.

I think I've scored a "coup" on this one! The dealer near my house handles BOTH Oldsmobile and Buick. I printed the certificates, and visited the dealer yesterday. Told him I wasn't really in the market right now for a car, but would take the test drives if he insisted. He muttered a few choice words, then had his sales manager sign both forms without me driving anything! A $50 debit card AND a $100 savings bond in less than 10 minutes! Can anyone top that?

What a great tip! Love this board!
