Does anyone know how long it takes them to post additional 50% Skymiles?

I didn't get the points for about 2+ weeks, so I called Delta.
Yes, finally I got my 50% points, but only AFTER 3 phone calls:
1. They said I needed to wait 6-8 weeks.
2. Called again say they would investigate. They got back to me said I didn't enroll in the 50% bonus. They told me I enrolled AFTER I transfer the points, which was BS. Nothing they could do.
3. Called again, explained I did enrolled for the 50% BEFORE the transfer.
Finally they spoke to their supervisor and gave me the 50% (37500 points) bonus.
