opening multiple cards at once

I've learned recently that for citi you could open two cards at once and it only count as one inquiry. Does anyone know if this applied to Chase and Amex as well or does it only apply to Citi? If it's consistent across the board than I might open 2 chase or two amex the same day. I doubt you could open one chase and one amex since they each would need to do a credit pull for each right?

Typically you can only get one Chase card per month so I would not apply for two chase cards on the same day. Amex has granted me moire than one card in a day but as always don't push your luck. This is a game to be played for a lifetime
