Has anyone come across a list showing the minimum and maximum (typical) dollar/point or point/dollar range that is appropriate to associate with each distinct point program? Basically the following table filled in:
PROGRAM DOLLARS/POINT POINTS/DOLLAR
Delta SkyMiles A - B A – B
Hilton HHonors A - B A – B
Citi aAdvantage A - B A – B
AmEx Platinum A - B A – B
…
Does it exist? If not, anyone know enough to take a swag at it?

edit to add....i'm thinking that it would vary greatly by route and season or city and season for hotels....
