best options for first class upgrades

I am starting a job- and will be traveling almost on a weekend basis. I am looking to enroll in a frequent flyer clubs mostly to be bumped up into first class. I'm based in Orlando, but my destinations are all domestic.

What airlines have the best chance of me getting bumped up once I start to earn "elite status?

Domestic doesn't really narrow it down enough. What cities are you flying to? How much flying are you going to do? Upgrades work differently on each airline depending on which status level you earn.

None, if you are just starting to earn elite status. Take UA for example, for the first 24999 miles you fly, you are nothing but a general member.

Chances of getting upgrades depends on a lot of factors, levels of EARNED elite status being one.

Like others said, you need to spell out more details. Some domestic routes do not even have first class seats. Lots need to be factored in, your routes, choices of airlines, fares of tickets (coach, business...etc). There's no flat out answer to your "simple" question.

Welcome to FT!

First, welcome to FT odddaysarefun.

Second, please give us more info on which destinations you'll be flying to most often.

Third, I edited your subject line for clarity.
