They also offer this same deal with American as well.

I did an auto quote for one and a homeowners quote for another. I will see if they post with both Delta and American in a few weeks.

Can you apply without providing a SS # or experiencing a credit pull?

I did the Delta offer for myself and FLgrr+1. In each case you get to the quote and no indication of what you do from there, or a confirmation at that point that you are done. Then I saw the AA link included. So did myself and FLgrr+1 for AA. Not sure if it was a cookie I had not cleared on my laptop, but the site 'remembered' the +1 details I had entered earlier (a few hours between the DL and AA attempts). I used fake email and phone on all, but kept the address somewhat accurate (left off condo unit number).

We will see what miles post. Conversation also under Delta, but title says 500 miles http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta...5-minutes.html

Is the only thing you had to do was to get a quote? I got one after a few minutes, but I dunno if I was supposed to go farther on. I got a query asking if I wanted to buy an insurance policy and I just closed the window.

Oh, and when the car insurance thingie came up with all of my family's cars, I had the heebie-jeebies like you wouldn't friggin' believe. So friggin' scary. Talk about invasion of privacy.

Got a great quote of $3300/year when I pay $1100/year with State Farm. Not very competitive....
