Switching for Mileage Programs UA to AA???

I have a corporate UA Mileage Plus Card and we are seriously considering going back to AA Aadvantage Program b/c their miles never expire and our status in that program is already platinum versus our low ranked status at UA desipite the million miles earned annually.

Does anyone know if AA gives incentives to corporations when they switch their corporate cards and mileage programs?

Also does anyone have any opinion about switching from UA to AA.

Our primary travel is from LA to JFK business or first class on a monthly basis. Then a few international vacations to Asia first class.

Any thoughts.

If you spend millions in credit cards you could switch to AA and get lifetime platinum after 2 million spent. Although to get that many miles credited in one year you have to have some status in AA, else the limit is 100k miles/year.
