Advice 50k DL award flight
looking for a specific flight on DL BUF-JFK
50k miles on DL website
seats look nearly full (hence the high award)
is it possible that if i took the redemption and then got bumped from flight what would DL offer?

My family once got bumped on award tickets and all six of us received $800 vouchers. A one way rental, a couple hour drive to another airport and we still made it to our destination the same day!
That $4800 paid for a good portion of a trip to France.
