Hi, anyone knows Which other airline have a similar program as American Airlines Business ExtrAA program (that you receive some extra points for your company besides the travling miles)

They all do. Ask them. But be kind to yourself, walk carfully.
They are often the best expression of the infantile thinking of the boys and girls in loyalty loss programmes. I play along with a few because they are there, but basically they are depressing, if you are looking for creativity.
They are best at strict limitations on what tickets can earn, where they are booked. I commute twixt NL and CH, for a long while most faithfully to LX, through their enchantingly staffed -- really -- BSL hub, but my C (J) tickets booked online never qualified for the underwhelming StarAlliance Alliance Company Plus, whatever they call it. So, basically, they lost me.
I buy my *A tickets in several countries, but they are not allowed for credit to the same Company Plus account.
Air France Voyageur Rewards, now that is the dictionary definition of "it sucks".
KLM's BlueBiz is not even a shadow of its former, decent, past.
AA's program outside the US is not even worth 0.18 seconds of a Google search.
Have fun. It's one of the ugliest sides of airlines.
